We are looking for highly motivated, and passionate 4G/5G PHY Tech-Lead for the design and the specification of advanced cellular communication systems for our next generation base-station products.
What you'll do:
Acting as a Technical lead-part of PHY system team Development of PHY Architecture aspects in cellular products.
Leading complex PHY development activities from feature development to integration. Focal point for all PHY and RF related aspects
Defining and writing system level requirements
Work in collaboration with all company teams such as SW, DSP, Algorithms and other

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

What you must have:

At least 6 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development.
Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
Deep understanding of Wireless communication system.
Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 4G – Advantage. Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
Good system level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment. Accountable, leader and ability to motivate people/teams

Education:

B.Sc in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
M.Sc with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing - Advantage.
