Position Title: Sales Operations & Data Analytics

Reporting To: Global Sales Operations Manager

Location: Afikim, Israel

Job Description

Managing Sales Operations accounts (Dealers)

Managing dealers in the system (activate /deactivate)
Ordering process management, from order entry support to full delivery
- Orders coordination with the logistic center
- Shipments and Export to dealers abroad

Providing Analytics

Providing detailed reports and analysis of the business, products, and customers
Creating and managing standardized and customized reports that analyze data including performance, sales funnel flows and future needs forecasts
Developing new tracking tools and methodologies, and creating ad-hoc reports to assist the sales and account management teams

Monitor and research data quality to ensure

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business or Industrial Engineering and Management
English at a very high level – mandatory
Additional language - advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract business insights through data analysis
1-3 years of relevant experience ideally within the capital goods/device industry sectors
Advanced Excel skills with understanding of BI tools
ERP experience is a must
Familiarity with CRM program
