24/02/2025The Field Human Resources Specialist, supports a large manufacturing location with various HR requests including, on-site human resources support and enquiry resolution, production recruitment and support for local employee relations. Principal Duties and responsibilities: * Provide personalized, excellent support to internal customers (employees, managers, dependents etc) by answering their queries and processing their requests in a timely, professional and welcoming manner. Conduct full life cycle recruitment for all production positions.
Available for a temporary position for 3 months * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or another related field required. Minimum of two years of relevant experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Hebrew Able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. * Strong customer service orientation.
